Next Update - 2011 #1  - Estimated July 7, 2011 - 11:59 pm EDT (8:59 pm PDT) - This update will NOT be pushed automatically to users. The next 2011 - R2 Update will be pushed to all users automatically on September 29, 2011. If you want to use the 2011 - R1 Update between July 7 and September 29, you will need to adjust your host setting. Please refer to the Beta Information at the NetDocuments Support page at support.netdocuments.com. This update requires updates of client software including the Active X as well as some of the other client software components.

• New User Interface Design for 2011 - provides a new interface for the main components of the NetDocuments service.  Information is provided on the Home page via a link at the top of the page.  More information will be provided as we get closer to the update.

• New Workspace Container - the workspace format can now include filters based on the organizing attribute.

• Move/Copy of a folder - a new option will be provided to allow a move or copy of a folder to another location.

• Increase auto-categorization limit - the limit of 1000 documents when auto-creating Categories or folders is eliminated.

Service Notices - Notices are provided on the login page and home page to prepare you for updates and maintenance events a few days prior to the event.
   • Service Updates - notification of new features and interface changes.
   • Scheduled Maintenance - notification of scheduled down time.
